We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Gift items are eligible for store credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective).
- Items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at leahstreasures.sa@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Tech Gadgets — Warranty Many of our tech products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty details.
