Shipping Policy — Leah's Treasures

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — South Africa

Free standard shipping on all orders over R350. Orders below R350 will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Leah's Treasures has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.

Shipping Delays While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at leahstreasures.sa@outlook.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Leah's Treasures is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order.
